I've been seeing where everyones into changing injectors along with delivery valves to make up the diffrence in how to make a good combo of their engines. Since my engine has a 160 pump can I run a 250 fuel plate along without pushing the 160 injectors overboard, or is the 230 plate the recomended max.

I run one in mine with the stock delivery valves and injectors. So far so good. When I can save a few nickles I'll do something about that. It runs very nicely!:D:D However, I would not do it with a stock trans. It just might tear it up.

Thanks Joe G.

Thats what I wanted to hear. on top of that, I do plan on getting a DTT trans, with an 89% TC. That seams to be the hot setup for pulling and hard running for everyday:D OH one other thing... how much HP can I expect from the 250 plate at the rear wheels and will it help maintain my EGT's and still get good milage like I do with the stock plate.

No affect on the milage if you can resist tromping on it. :D:D:-laf:-laf:-laf

I dunno how much HP at the rear wheels since I have never had mine on a dyno. I had more EGT problems when I had the stock plate pushed forward. My #5 plate is close to the stock position.

I'm running the #6 plate slid all the way forward and still have the stock injectors. Dyno'd at 268 and I like it pretty good. Have pretty much decided to go in with some 215's in the near future, though. I've been running the exact same set up on my wife's Ram for several years now, though, and haven't had any adverse affects.
