Happy Birthday tntway

The nerve of some people...

Tuesday,October 22nd, 2002 . My wife and I celebrate our 25th weddind anniversary!

Hard to believe... seems like a few years ago that we were married. We have been together 31 years... I don't exactly jump into things right away! She was a SWEET 19yr old and I was a strapping 20 when we met. My wife is of Cuban decent and from good stock. We have had good times and a few rough times. She gave me two BEAUTIFUL daughters and has done an excellent job with them. She has nursed me thru three surgeries, listened to me go balistic about the BS that goes on at UPS on a daily basis, and still gets up with me at 3:20 AM EVERY week day to make my lunch and coffee and see me out the door for work. She helps me when I work on cars and need a second set of hands. She has a GREAT knack of finding things when I lose something. She has the patients of a monk. She has asked for very little but has deserved everything money could buy.

I am one LUCKY guy!!!

We are doing a low key celebration Tuesday. Our two girls got us a suite at the Maddona Inn in San Luis Obispo... The Daisy Mae suite. It looks like a rock cave room with a waterfall shower. Hell, I might have to swing from the chandilier!!! GOD has been good to us.

"I LOVE YOU CONSUELO"... Here's looking at 25 more! Oo. Chris

Congrats

It is good to have a partner in life that fills in the gaps that we don't realize we have. I just finnished 20.

Have fun and congrats Chris.

Way to go!

Congratulations!!! I hope the future is great for you too. We have been married 46 years (I tell my wife it seems like 146) and have five grand children so far. We were just kids when we got married. She was 16 and I was 18. A lot of people who said it wouldn't last are on their second or third marriage. We just keep on keeping on. :) :)

Congratulations and best wishes for at least 25 more happy, healthy years! Sandy and I just had our 33rd anniversary in September.

Got to jump in here - wife and I celebrated 30 Sunday.

She sure has a lot of stamina and flexibility to put up with me.

No grand kids though - yet.

Man, I was with you up to this point... ... . Too much information:eek:

Congratulations. We just hit 3 yrs on the 16th. Got a long way to go:D

Madonna Inn is an interesting place... . Try to see the other rooms. Don't forget to use the mens room down in the lobby - something about peeing into a waterfall:D

Well Guys,... . I survived it!!! We had a great time. I surprised Her with 25 red roses that I had delivered to the room before we arrived. NOW THAT SCORED POINTS!!! The waterfall shower was a trip. Definately not a 2 gallon per minute shower head, this thing flooded you out. The Madonna inn is kinda like Disneyland. I don't think that anyone could afford to re-produce that place these days.

Thanks for all of the Kudos from all... It looks like a few of you have survived quite a few more years than we have.

One thing that my Dad told me on my wedding day that has worked for us... "Don't go to bed on an arguement".

I say "Always try to work things out... (No matter how wrong she is;) ").

Chris

Congrats on the 25 years! Wife and I had our 35th this past Jan.

Did you break the chandolier or anything else in the room?:D :D
