OK, I've moved the diaphragm and turned the max pressure screw one turn.

On the dyno, I was pushing 27 lbs of boost. I believe the turbine housing and injectors are stock. Does this sound right?
I recently straight piped it too. When I slipped in the boost gauge from my hot rod, I get 23 psi in second gear, 25 in third, and 27 in OD unloaded.
I thought the pressure would be lower.

I guess I should mention that it's a '92 D250 club cab automatic. 3. 54s out back.

Sounds a bit on the high side for as near stock as yours is - perhaps the guage is reading a bit high?

My early '91 ran about 22 lbs max before I installed the Banks stuff listed in my sig - I have turned up my pump a bit also, and the intercooler installation reduced max boost to right about 20 lbs max...

"Dura" WHAT? NOW I know where all those recycled beer cans go...
