My neighbor has an rv with the 275 5. 9 in it. He asked me about getting a little more power out of it and maybe a little more mileage. Who makes something for this and what can he expect hp wise?

I was thinking we could just put in some mach1. 6's and a boost fooler and be in good shape.

I'd not overlook making double sure that the intake airflow is good. Don't know what he's got for an aircleaner, but the goofy little box that DC uses just don't cut it.

HIGHLY recommend gauges.

Is this engine up front or in the back?

It's in the back. Looks like it has a decent intake and exhaust system, but I'm sure there is room for improvement.

I did tell him that we had to at least put a pyrometer on it before anything else.

You might check with Edge and see if they have an EZ for the RV275. It, of course, would use the Cummins versus the DC ECM.
