285/75R-17's Rub??

Fellow $4 a gallon oil burners. Has anyone figured out exactly what to tell the dealership what to put in there handheld to make the speedometer corret with these tires. The machine asked two questions. Revs per mile and I believe pinion. Please help me tell them what to put in

If you go to the toyo website it lists rev/mile for each tire.

My speedo if off 10 miles per hour at 55 12 miles per hour at 70 (reads 82) according to klengers charts.

The pinion should be set at what ever your gears are... . 3. 73 or 4. 10
