I know there is at lest one person here running a 3rd gen with 285s and leveling kit. I wish I could remember his name but I do know its a graphite 4 door and it looks pretty sharp. I think Im going to level my truck ot over christmas and still trying to figure out what size tires to run, right now its in a rage of 285 to 315. Still have to see what some other trucks look like with the diffrent sizes on them.

285/70R17

I just put a set of Goodyear MT/R's on my truck. Had them on for about 1-1/2 hours now. They look fantastic compared to the stock Michelins. The size is 285/70/r17

I also had my tire dealer sipe the middle two rows of tread for better ice traction. We just had a glazing of snow and ice today and will find out how well they work on the good stuff in the next day or two. Changed tires today after almost not being able to follow a 2002 duramax with stock tires on a logging road in Big Sky MT. :{ :{ that is why i ditched them today. I have no picks but with the white lettering facing out they look great. Thats my input, hope it helps.

I have 285 BFGs without a leveling kit and it looks goooooooood.

I was too lazy to put the leveling kit on. When the 285's wear out, I will then put the leveling kit on it and pop for the 315's.
