Just saw my first DRW 2k10 in Macon, GA. The GVW in front was 5500#s. The steel wheels are rated at 2750#s. 150#s more than 2009 and earlier.

When I sat down in rear seat my legs barely touched the front seat. I think the front seat was all the way back. The interior looks great. The hood was solid and closed solid. The contures of the bed and rest of truck look great.

If I had a 2007 or older with 5. 9 I would consider trading in 2k10. With the 07. 5 that I have will be my retirement truck. If a 4500 with pickup bed came available in 2011 I would consider trading but the engine will have to be vamped up. :-laf

:-laf:-laf Whoever can get their hands on one of these trucks will be getting a very well truck :-laf:-laf

I just got my 2010 3500 srw 6spd laramie, really nice... super happy with it!
you wouldn't be disappointed trading yours in, i too had a 07 w/ a 6. 7l auto.
this 3500 rides smoother than my 2500! good luck...

Congrats on the new truck. Can you post a photo of the interior/dash setup with manual transmission? That's what I'm considering ordering, but can't find a photo of what it would look like and all the dealers around me have automatics. thanks

I just drove a 3500DRW and couldn't believe how smooth it was. 6sp manual, I might need to get one. Crew cab was bigger than I thought. I think it might work for me. Quite comfy in the back.

hey JRS
those are my anitials also... . I will post some pics. for you but, it may take a day or two.
you may find some pics in a car and driver review with a 2wd dwr 3500 i forget how to get their with www.

Cumminz, as much as I would like to trade up, the price of these new trucks is obscene. I paid $30k for mine. Mid $50k's for a comparable (SLT cloth M/T) 2010. Even using our chrysler affiliates reward we're still $50k. Plus, I'll get better mileage from mine.

117k and still going strong... \\Juan
