2nd gen manifold on an 04.5?

Has anyone tried to put a second gen 24v manifold on an 04. 5?

can it be done? how hard is it? anyone... .

It's been done lots of times on 3rd Gens, but always on trucks getting twins that I've seen. If you're going for better flow characteristics just get an ATS manifold, in some ways it's better than the 2nd Gen ATS especially the sharp angle of the end cylinders immediately exiting the exhaust port.

My truck has one on it. In order to keep my exaust brake with out beating my fire wall to death that was the solution. Rip @ source automotive is the man to call. Randy
