2nd Generation Ram Sun Visor Reupholstry

I’m trying to get my 96 Ram 2500 sun visors reupholstered. Does anybody have any experience with doing this or is it impossible? Got the headliner recovered already, but the guy I had do it said he couldn’t figure out how to disassemble them and didn’t want to break them. Also is there a place buy replacements for these? They are grey cloth with the lighted mirrors in them.

Last I checked, just a short while ago, LMC truck parts had both headliners and visors. The headliner is built with a plastic frame instead of the cheesy pressboard Dodge gave us.

Thank you all, finally got the pin out were the visor clip attaches and the mirror/light out. According to my upholstery guy that is enough for him to complete the work. He sent a picture earlier, they are looking pretty good.

I installed a set of these. They're OK; good even. Installation is much easier if you bevel the flat ends of the hinge rods first, though. (You have to re-use them, so if the three-screw mount plates are bad, this is not a good option unless you buy another bad set from the salvage yard.)
