2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission 2wd 3500 steering stabilizer

I know, I know... . why can't I just do a forum search?



I need to replace the steering stabilizer on my truck and I've done the search, but most of the posts deal with 4x4s so I want to get ideas from those who have the 2wd 3500s.



I've gone to the various Suspension makers' websites and maybe I'm too simple minded to be able to find a part number for a stabilizer for my specific truck. They all seem to skip over the 2wd 3500's when listing p/n's. Right now I have a Monroe stabilizer, but am thinking there's got to be a better stabilizer to replace this one.



A part number would be real nice for whatever brand you recommend.

Can it really be that only the 4wd drive bubbas have changed their steering stabilizers? 50 plus looks at this post and no 2wd bubbas.

The same $35 Heckethorn from the auto parts worked on both my rigs.

Would you happen to have a part number? If not, no biggie. At least I now know that the same stabilizer you use for your 2500 will work on the 3500.

Sorry no number it's been over five years ago. The guy at the auto parts pulled up the number fast though. Definately made the trucks more driveable.
