2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission 2WD Ball Joints, Finally Got Em.

Stopped by the auto parts store Thursday and once again asked about Moog ball joints (been evey month for a year) and much to my supprise they said I could have then by 10:30 this morning:--)







According to the counter guy that was the only two they had in the entire country Hope to get them in this weekend.

Super how many miles on your truck? I had a 2001 4x2 and the ball joints were still tight as new when I sold it at 87,000 miles. I drove off-road frequently so it wasn't no freeway cruiser (well it was but it wasn't unfamiliar with rough rocky roads). I added grease zerks to the upper ones and keep them lubed regularly.

Had 105,000 on the clock when the lowers where diagnosed as bad. Got 132,000 on it now and starting to get some bad tire wear so they will be next.
