2WD level kits?

I searched here and the web. I know there are companies who make a level kit for a 2WD pickup... BUT it seems no one has a specific one listed. The info I found on Daystar shows a kit (spacers) for a '94-'03 dodge 1500, 2500, and 3500... problem is I am not 100% certain it's right for our trucks.





So has anyone ACTUALLY put a leveling kit on their 2WD '03+ truck and if so what did you use, price, and where to get??
