On my 1993 D250 I put those leveling pucks to bring up the front end. After doing the kit I readjusted the camber back to vertically level. I bought new tires and only have driven 6k miles on the and the inside of the tire is already gone. I've asked around and people are saying lower ball joints but I replaced those about 15k miles ago. I've looked at the whole front end but I don't see anything bent. Any suggestions, comments, gripes what have you are greatly appreciated.

Can't help with any advice about your tires being ruined. Sorry. Could you tell me what leveling pucks you are referring to. I need some side to side leveling done, but can't seem to find a fix yet. I,ve already put new spring on and came up 1 1/4 inch, that's close enough for now. Now for the left side sag fix. Pat

Oregon Auto Spring Service, inc. has what is called a "spacer" they are shaped like a horse shoe and are designed to fit between the bottom of the spring and the lower "A" arm. They come in 3 sizes smallest p/n 1903 - 1/2" -, next size up p/n 1905 - 3/4" -, and tallest p/n 1906 - 1" -. They tell me that the actual final ride height is more than the stand alone height of each size. I've got all three but have not installed a set as yet. The unit price for each is less than $20. 00 US.

They can be reached at:

Oregon Spring Company (I could not hook up to their web site. )

Sorry it took so long for me to respond, havent been around a computer lately

Yeah that's what I found on eBay for around $20 (I think) it's just an aluminum horseshoe
I think I have the 3/4" set

I don't like other people working on my truck but I'm tempted to breakdown and take it to the local mechanic and see if he can fix my camber problem
