I just recieved my new BD exhaust and brake. The kit only came with a muffler, tailpipe and clamps. I had to pay extra for the downpipe because of the brake. I thought that for $325 I should have gotten the downpipe from the turbo without the brake and then the straight peice to the muffler. This is for the crew cab conversion so I knew it would be to short. I was going to buy a longer straight piece for the crew cab and use the regular downpipe and short straight piece on my club cab 92 ctd. Is this the normal procedure? Supplier said the it cost more to ship the straight piece than to buy it local. I am not sure. The box was big enough to put a horse in,though. I don't want to sound grippy as he did give me a free 12 cm housing. mark

That's all that came in mine last year, I paid about the same but didn't get the 12cm housing, I purchased mine at BD's dyno days last year, no shipping. I was also surprised to find that it is only 3" past the transfercase, they told me that 3 1/3" wouldn't fit, then a friend of mine took his to a local shop and they put in 4" all the way back for only about $100 more and that was installed. I was originally planning on building 4" but got caught up in all the excitement at Dyno days.
