After all of my mods I think my next step is to move to the 3. 5 exhaust. Should I really expect a change in my truck besides EGT's being a little cooler? I was just curious as to what I should expect with this upgrade... really not sure what to expect.
thanks

Let me jump in and wait for the experts with you Cody. This is something I've been wanting to do also.

I can't speak for the difference between a 3" straight piped system and a 3 1/2" system but I gained 2 lbs of boost going from a stock 3" w/muffler to a 3 1/2" BD system.
If each pound of boost is 10hp then I gained some, it does sound much better.

I agree 100% with Wirenut, however I can only say 5" stack. When I put on the stack and my 16cm housing, I picked up 5 lbs. and EGT is cool all of the time. 500-600 depending on speed on the highway. 800 under full throttle, I only gotten it up to 950 with probably about a 14,000 lb load
