3" brakes on W250 and love it

Measure your drums. If they are 3. 5" wide, I'd say you can put 3. 5" brakes on it. Careful, with the extra stopping power; guys here get excited from another 1/2" I'd hate to see what would happen if they got another inch of brakes.

I don't think any of the 2nd gens use 3. 5" rear shoes--I think they're 3" for the 1 tons, just like the 1st gens.
