I am wondering if any makes an A pillar mount that replaces the factory plastic. I ordered a 3 gauge kit from Vulcan that came with a cover to screw on to the factory plastic. The cover does not fit worth a crap and is pretty much junk. I was wondering if anyone has come out with a piece that snaps in place of the factory piece.

I got my cover from auto meter. It fits like a glove on my a piller. I had to cut the speaker hole out to make it fit but you really can't tell it is a cover unless you peel back the weather striping to see the black snap things. -Jason

I too have the vulcan pillar and wasn't all that impressed with the fitment. I got it to fit pretty good by pressing it rather firmly against the factory trim, having someone drill the holes and then I used some plastic clips that have the screw in the center of them and force the tabs out on the backside of the trim. They hold it firmly, but are rather obvious. I painted them to match as well... got them from autozone. The speaker didn't fit worth a darn either, had to grind a little off the speaker cover in 2 spots to get it to clear the bottom gauge and the pod for the middle gauge.
