Thanks guys, totally unfounded and undeserving but brought tears to my eyes. ( The tears because Fletcher has a new toy and I don't).

You're an honorable distinguished man, I named my first son after you.

I, for one, don't care if COMP has the first Diesel Tupperware Toothpick frame that flys to the moon. Or the rest of you racers, for that matter! ;)

I'm sure the feeling is mutual, on both counts.

His posts are meant to draw attention, and I am helping him in that endeavor!!!! :-laf

Climb off the dyno, drive away from the track, and hook it to the sled, its what TRUCKS are meant for!!!

Hey Gene how about drive off the dyno, drive toward the dyno and hook it to the dyno, is what Trucks are mean't for?

It's a simple matter of tact and a little modesty... most professional racers have it. Apparently some people in here do not. In my opinion no matter how fast they are, they are not professional in that regard - quickest truck or not. Professionalism extends beyond the shop, or the track - especially if there's a sponsor involved...

Professionalism, is more then being polite to people that try and appropriate your thunder , with an artificial proclamation. You might not understand , but this forum is in no way representative of what I individually do in the sport of drag racing. I usually conduct 8 to 10 motivational school displays benefiting elementary age children, where I use a program I developed entitled MATHEMATICS OF MOTORSPORTS .

I travel every year to the Automobile Club of Southern California NHRA Finals , where I work together with the locals to put on a career day for some 10,000 high school students . You really shouldn’t put some one down you know absolutely nothing about.

While I may be extremely ostentatious on here about my accomplishments , at least there are real, and not contrived by a overzealous marketing department , writing checks their mechanical department cant make good on. If the tide were turned would you think they would be silent , of course not , the publications would be full of boisterously bragging advertising , they almost were , if some one with a bigger advertising clout , had not compelled the magazines to be editorially accurate.

Now that was a professional post. I knew you had it in ya' Comp. The way I see it the people on here with brains can see right thru the fancy fur on the weasel and already know that your the fastest and they're all talk so far. At least I hope they can see that. Nice job on the signature change also. Much nicer representation of the racing professional that you are. My compliments!
