Now that I have the 3000 gsks in will there be any changes? Higher egts, (thought I noticed an increase)?, boost? I know the width of my smile has increased-this:) to this:D . Thanks

I think you've already experienced the biggest change :D

There may be a little higher boost seen. I really don't know how much because when I'm exceeding 3K I'm usually paying more attention to the other cars and trucks I'm passing than my boost gauge. And, of course, I can't compare it to it's "before" state. Also, I don't run it much above about 2800 to 3000 revs for any length of time, just as I'm running up through the gears.

Also, as the smile factor increases, so does your fuel consumption.

Enjoy!

Well its been about a year now, but I dont think that I got more boost, as much as it holds boost. This was most noticable towing but even empty with the OD button locked out ( back then ) I made 28 psi up to about 2600-2700 rpms. Then the boost started dropping. On flat level ground I could get to 3000 rpms in 3rd locked, but the boost would be down to about 18-20psi, as the governor progressively defueled as the rpms went up. On a grade it would never go over about 2700. -- Had a PDR HX35 installed at the same time. After the gov kit it would hold 32psi all the way to 3000+ rpms.

Slybones, I think that's what I'm noticing, the boost seems to stay steady instead of dropping off. Almost made me think I was getting more boost. Today when I was driving home I watched the boost gauge and it stayed cosistent more then before.
