They are on E-Bay Tuesday Night. DODGE RAM CUMMINS 24V 300 HP BOSCH DIESEL INJECTORS Item number: 2473721231. I hope this helps. Moose

Thank you Moose, Those are 275's being sold under the pretense of being 300HP injectors. which is BS

check the part number

I've been working working with Tim @ city Diesel and Don~ M , there are no 300 HP injectors, just someone claiming to have em .

Check the p/n on the box 275's

Hope this clears it up :)

Here is the reply I got from the guy I bought a set off of over 2 months ago. I have yet to install him. Can anyone explain? Are the 300HP injectors calibrated differently or are they the same as the 275HP ones and just happen to support the large engines which are rated at that power level?

"Jason,

I'm sorry that the people at TDR aren't up on the current CPLs available from Cummins. I never go off hearsay or make assumptions when I sell an injector. I find the specific engine rating and CPL for the build and find the injector part number accordingly. I will attach to this a PDF file with the information on the 300 hp isb. Please verify the following information to be true: 1) 0432193635 Bosch part # injector converts to a Cummins part #3944183 for sale. That same injectors part # is 3944184 for internal use only at the Cummins engine build plant. 2) Part #3944184 (internal build #) is used on the highest available VP44 pump equipped automotive engine. This engine is rated at 300 horsepower and was available in firetruck applications last year and this year has been approved for RV use also. 3) The "controlled parts list" (CPL) for this motor build is 2981 (you will probably need to speak to engineering in Memphis because most Bosch and Cummins dealers are not aware of this information. ) Our local Cummins distributor could not even get me this information! I had to speak to an engineer I know at the Cummins plant. 4) CPL 2981 uses injector part #0432193635 Bosch part #, Cummins part # 3944183 for sale, part # 3944184 at the Memphis plant. I have also verified not only the horsepower rating on these injectors, but the horsepower gains that I advertise. They are verified on our local chassis dyno. As to whether or not they will fit a 275 hp, I have no way of knowing without the 275 hp CPL. Most injectors are used by Cummins on a range of engine horsepowers, usually 50-80 horsepower spread. So, I wouldn't be surprised if they also fit a 275. But I doubt that the people telling you that they are not 300hp injectors, can verify exactly what they may or not know if they are unaware that there is a 300hp isb injector. Sounds like they don't even know about an engine build that has been around for years. Check out all the info with Cummins, then let me know if you still think the 300isb doesn't exist.

Thank You,

RaeLyn

Here is my email to him

"These are 275 injectors not 300. Can I get my money back? There is no such thing as a 300 injector. These have the samepart # as the 275. I was told by the guys at TDR www.tdr1com that there is no such thing. I have never opened these. Please respond, thanks. "

0432193635 is the part #.

So are these injectors calibrated differently or is something on the 8. 3L providing the extra power ratings besides the injetors? I have heard all kinds of mixed discussions on this with no authoritive answer.

I was looking at a matrix just yesterday for ISB uprateability. It looked to me like anything from 260-300 HP took the same injector, and it was a calibration change for different HP levels. I went and tried to find the matrix this morning and I can't seem to find it to give out the Cummins P/N. If I run across it I will post it.
