Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) 300HP Bosch injectors??

are these the marine injectors? will they work in our trucks (ISB)? and why don't you see people using them? are they just bored out 275's? any help would be great. seems like a much cheaper way to get stage 2 power level.

I believe the marine injectors are for the 12v motor
