305 maybe not!?

i test drove a 305 hp 6 speed 2X4 qc drw 4. 11 there is no way this thing felt like it had 260hp to the wheels whats up i am ticked. has anyone dynoed or seen a private owner dyno his or her truck? did it have 260-270 hp to the wheels. all i can say i would not be surprised if this truck dynoed at about 225 at the wheels i hate to be negative i just hope my sop meter is out of wack. is it the 4. 1 rear end that makes it feel slow?

see idaho dyno day results thread. [dec 14]. 03 eth-dee srw, 3. 73. 262 rwhp. 372 w/ bullydog box. have no idea the miles on the truck but doubt it had many. seem pretty tight when they are virgins w/no miles

I've seen three. 2 in Canada at BD's dyno days - Both made 260 hp. Also witnessed one in Washington St. at Dynomite diesel in Monroe Wa. - It made 247 hp (everyone there was making lower numbers than usual so this may not be very accurate). Pretty good considering the intercooler has no effect when on a dyno!

:--) 372hp w/ only a box? what else was done turbo, exhaust,injectors? if it is 372hp w/ box only then, wow.



if my new truck feels as slow as the truck i test drove then i will be getting some kind of box and become my own warranty station.

yasah,,,,,,,,,,,,,box and box alone. stock turbo. stock exhaust. stock injctrs.



dont worry bout bein u own wrrnty station. box is a 2 minute plugin/unplug with no wire to pierce.



within a few weeks my 03 will be the receipient of a box . i am finding it hard to wait. the bullydog 50 hp box is available now. the 110hp box is still in testing stage. edge will have a comp style box available in feb. 4 level. plug in w/ no wire pierceing



keep in mind they all seem gutless w/ no miles on em. and if u previous rig was bombed the new one seems as if ya have 80,000 lbs behind it
