Yep. They will fit on stock wheels with a little bit of rubbing on the control arms at full turn. With that said, I think 6. 5" wheels are too narrow for 305's. IMO I wouldn't go any wider than 285's on 6. 5" wheels.
Unless you have a 4:10 rear, your gearing will change tremendous. Expect higher highway speeds with lower rpm but terrible low end starting torque. Mountain climbing will be a problem if you tow a trailer. The larger tires will put a strain on the transmission. I had 285's but changed back to 245's to regain pulling power.
