315 for a spare, will it fit

I have 35" tires and would like to put a bigger spare under my truck.



I know where I can get a used 315/70/17 BFG. Will it fit under the truck in the stock spot? Any problems with doing this?

315/70/17 will fit under the truck ok... clears the stock exhaust by about 1"

I've got a 315 for a spare and have no issues. I even have a PML cover and it clears with no problems.

It will be fairly close in diameter to my 35's in case I get a flat.
