315s in 10 or 12 ply

Does anyone make 315sx17 in 10 or 12 ply?

I believe your going to have to go for the 19,5's for that load carrying capacity and O/D. I don't think you'll have any luck finding that load range on a 17, even if you did the rim's capacity would be much less than the tires.
