No drilling required on any of them that I know of (assuming the regular screw on extentions). They just screw onto the valve stems like a cap would. Make sure you replace the rubber valve stems with metal ones, or you run the risk of having one get torn off.
I am not a fan of the hose extenders. I use a 1-1/" long vale extender and that seems to work just fine. I had a truck awhile back that came with them on it, never did like those things. I think they are more trouble then they are worth, plus there butt ugly, and hold mud.
