Hi Folks!
I used a Superglide on my 06 shortbed. Had to drill the holes and mount the frame adapters myself. Man its nice to have the towprep package on the new truck. I ordered a Superglide for my puck system but a couple of threads I've read on rv forums say its too low in the bed. I know this will depend on my trailers pinbox and it's adjustability. I thought about the B&W manual slider but saw a couple post that guys had damaged their tailgates with that one. Any input would be appreciated as these newer RAM's are foreign to me.

My bad...You are correct . It was the pinbox that damaged the tailgate not the hitch itself. Guy didn't lower his tailgate. Video on youtube of it also. If I come across it again I'll link it. I'm used to not having to worry about it but seems like there aren't many Superglides in these new trucks.

Have a super glide in my 3500 swd shorted and won't have any thing else. Need to be straight to hitch, but other than that, works great. No worry on turns!

Yep me too....Wasn't trying to badmouth B&W hitches...I know they are good. If I had an 8ft bed they would be on my short list. I should have clarified if you use the manual slider be sure and check your clearance between pinbox and tailgate in the rear or manuver position, as you could possibly damage said tailgate.
