I love my 03 3500 DRW wouldn't give it up! The only thing I have is the slight pull to right all else is great and I have a tendency to not be easy on equipment

I've only logged 3875 miles on my 03 3500 HO and while doing an oil change I found hydraulic oil leaking out the steering gear box. It was a little disheartening but my dealer has a new one on order.

I have 23,000 miles. So far:

1) ECM at 11,000 miles.

That's it. Great truck, solid, runs like a top :)

Firewalker you should've done "No Parts Replaced" option to get a comparison.

So far:

1 cab clearance light. (secretly, I think it was my fault it got cracked... never go to an automatic car wash!). ;)

After a combined number of 62,000 miles I have replaced the following:

Injectors:D

Air Filtration:D

Exhaust:D

Factory lift pump:D

Did I neet to?

Come on now, Do we really need to?

Common Rail pressure relief valve (stuck open), at ~11,000 miles.

That was after ~5,000 miles with the EZ on Level 6; I don't know if there was any relationship, but I've got ~30,000 miles with the EZ mostly on Level 6 since, with no problems.

I'm surprised how many of us have had our steering gears replaced. Mine was just leaking a little but I can tell you the new one is MUCH tighter - no slack at all now and it drives great.
