Competition 37 Spline Haisley/Scheid axles & Detroit Locker

Can any confirm for sure whether or not a 37 spline Detroit locker for a Dana 80 with 4. 10 gears will fit Haisley's/Scheid's 37 spline axle shafts?



I've heard a few conflicting reports...

Thats odd, I haven't heard anything about that and I will be in the hunt for just that in the near future I'm sure. What is the issue you have been told about?



Did you break your stock 35 spliners? Oo.

I've been told on one occasion that the the 37 spline detroit wasn't splined correctly to fit the axles.



I broke both axles at once here:

I also twisted a set of Yukons in only 3 hooks. .



I'm back to running stockers, in a different D80.

chances are youll break 37 splines or a t-case or a ring and pinion or a input shaft or a ????????whith to many launches like that.

I don't do launches like that anymore. . :-laf



But I'm really getting sick of breaking crap while spooling at the line. . The driveline is getting taken care of this winter. Driveshafts are already set, I just need internals for the front & rear axles.

Even with all that you have broken I still think your behind me. By the end of the year I will be at 5 months down time not driving my truck... ... ..... you want to talk about getting old!

I know you can do an ARB with the haisley 37 spline for sure, not sure about the detriot.



Front you can go with the Haisley 35 spline upgrade with the single passanger shaft and ARB.



You will still be very streetable

The 37 spline Detroit for the Ford Dana 80 will work with the Haisley axles so says KTA.
