Hoping to tap the great knowledge of you all... . I recently installed the 370's I bought thru the GP a few months ago. The motor seems to idle alright but when I step on the throttle (hard or light) it drops a cylinder! And sounds "flat" all the way to 1750-1800rpm and then sounds as though it cleans up. Is this a fuel pressure thing, where one injector wont work... is there something I can do, or send them back? Thanks guys!

Maybe you have one injector that is dirty or needs service.

Have you checked the fuel pressure yet?

CAnderson is right, the 97s dont need bigger delivery valves, and it sure sounds like air in it but could be a dirty injector. The 370s make great power with the right plate, (see sig) try and hang on to them. Try bleeding them one at a time and see if one sounds different than any others and if so maybe exchange that one with the seller.

370's..Redux

OK, I finally had a chance to re-bleed the lines this evening when I got home. I only test-drove the truck a short ways, but I *think* the problem is solved... I'll know tomorrow morning during my 30min drive to work... thanks for all your help and guidance, guys... you all are the best!
