How long did the fueldelivery system last before problems???

I did not put in the delivery valves, yet. They are supposed to be worth another 40 hp. I also do not have any driveability problems. The truck runs as good as stock, just faster.

Anyone know if the 181 delivery valves from a 215 pump give a good increase on a 180 pump?
 
I just aquired a set of the 181 D-Valves from a 215 pump. Piers told me they are good for 10, maybe 15 horsepower on a 180 pump. He said there is no comparison between the 181's and the 191's. The 191's will add much more performance than the 181's. IMO If you have the 370's you should go with the 191's.



I only went with the 181's becasue I have 215 injectors in my 180 pump.



I don't even have the 181's in yet and I'm already thinking I need some 370's and 191 D-Valves :D

215 injectors and 191 delivery valves are a nice combination. Does not have the overall HP like with 370's, but makes for really nice bottom end, lift off the line for a medium based bomber. Lift off the line, and turbo lag are greatly reduced, and I am still in the meduim range with little smoke and no egt troubles.



Depending on your goals this is a nice combination.
 
Minus three MPGs would not be OK cuz I am olny getting 15 at present. I wonder how much hp some 191 d valves and dd3s would add. DD actually claims better mileage with the dd3 spayers. Has anyone else with an auto trans experienced this? It sounds too good to be true. :confused:

I just pulled out a set of DD3's. I can tell ya they helped my mileage by about 2 over the stock injectors and did not smoke any more either. The DD'3 are extrude honed 215 injectors and are top quality. They have the same power level at the low and mid range levels and only give up 8 Hp on the top end.



I went to 370's simply because I wanted another 8hp and once you get to the higher HP levels you do everything you can to get more:D
