I've been taking in all sorts of info on here... . amaizing! I love it, I'm a big gear head. My problem is this... . I took Diesel in Tech school, which was 4 years ago now... and I can't remember all my pump timing stuff. Once I'm shown once I'll never forget. Is there any on in good ole Minnesnowda that would be willing to give me a hand? I've got the miss/hesitation when cold that everyone has been talking about. I'd sure love for my truck to run on more than 4 cylinders when it's -8 and I'm trying to warm it up before I leave for work. It can take up to 5 min for it to start runnin on all 6. I was thinkin it was an injector problem, but after reading this thread... I may be wrong. I want to upgrade the injectors anyway... but I may as well do the pump timing while I save... ...

Any help would be appreciated,

Thanx

Josh

For what it's worth:

I had my 3k rpm springs set REAL tight before the 370's... and never had a problem... . only had to adjust idle.

After the 370's went in - I had a horrible stumble - the whole truck shook while going down the road.

I backed off the springs to 'specified' settings and the stumble is barely noticeable now.
