A reputable diesel shop told me that the 1464650374 spring works better than the commonly used 366 spring. I've used the 366 and was pretty happy with it, has anyone had any firsthand experience with the 374? I read up on some old threads and it seems that the 374 has more spring tension but is longer than the 366.

There is a 4000-4200rpm spring that some have used, but you have to take a grinder to some pump internals to make it work.

Who is this shop? IIRC, the 374 spring is a 3800rpm, BTDT, wipe your rear with it and the 354 (4200rpm). 366 end all, be all or something like that.
