I just got my 3k gsk installed today and wow what a difference, it will fuel up to 3400rpm no problem. It's awesome, it is well worth the money. Piers 3k kit rocks!!!!!!!Oo. Oo. Oo. Oo.

Congratulations on your "new" truck. I've said it before. After a plate change, the GSK is the icing on the cake. Its like having a new truck,no. Better... . I think its a toss up for the #1 bomb. Plate or GSK?I wouldn't give up either one!

I've been considering doing this upgrade myself. It sounds like the install is kind of a bugger though. How was it for ya'll?

Hey Dan. Its not that hard to do. On a scale of 1 to 10. 1 being an air filter change,10 being a fuel return hose change I'd say its a 6... ... Good vision,a pencil magnet and a little patience is about all you need. Order it now,work out the details of getting them in later. Give Piers a call 604-853-9396. It really ain't that bad! A small pencil magnet is a must. I did it just like Piers said, and went in through the side. You use the magnet to slide the old springs and shims out. It's like alot of other BOMBS, you just got to make s**t happen!

Looks hard but it's so easy you'll think you missed something, I even called Piers to make sure I didn't miss anything... . I can still hear him chuckle.

Its a lot easier to see the springs if you've got an inspection mirror.



About 12x easier than putting in a shift kit (for the 1st time ever).



About 2x easier than changin a fuel return line.



About 2x harder than puttin in a new plate.





Way big bang for the $'s and time spent. Do it! Especially if you've got a stock TC.
