I think I'd have a better chance beating his marks. At least mine is a 2 wheel wonder! :-laf :-laf

If I was to do it though... ... There would be video and pictures taken. I'd only do it once!

It may be your pilot bearing. Mine just went out, and my truck was behaving like that.

Drivetrain warranty covers it, if that still applies to your truck.

Man, don't say that! That transmission was a ******* to pull and put back in. Did the throw on your pedal change at all? The actual total throw felt shorter and stiffer when it was happening, not just the engagement point moving. The problem seems to have remidied itself, which I don't know if that is good or bad. Spicy, be sure to let me know what you find out from Peter when you get a hold of him. No rush, so if are sitting back in a chair, having a beer, and drooling out the corner of your mouth while you think about sledding, that is fine!

And no, I doubt the drivetrain warranty would still cover it for me! My truck must've seen me checking out the water injection websites... . :-laf

PS, Great to see you are still around!

I may have a buyer for the hood, send me a pm on what you are asking for it. I just want to get this back up to the top, started to get quiet on here other than the Fat Kid, must have used his man hood... ... ... congrats Kid-O. J/P we have a count yet, between the sites? Later, Jim

Josh,

As of now I don't plan on spinning the rollers, my turbo situation is still up in the air. But I do plan on coming down, I want to get my last retorque done though, so I can get on it anyways. Jim, you sure my set up is only good for 420 hp max?? Mach 4's ( 150 hp) Edge Ez, Bd fueling box (120), Ported head, Water meth, And then the manifold and turbo... I figure with the stock turbo I should push 450 horse. I have a hard time keeping the boost under 40, no chip just over half throttle.

If I were you I would spin the rollers. I have a stock turbo, and am hitting 40 42 psi box off, box on well I need a bigger gauge, 50 is max on mine. Yes I know I am throwing usless boost but until I do something with my air situation, for now this is what I have. On past dyno runs the truck does not pull what it does on the street, and the run is fairly quick, so I feel fairly safe.

As far as HP, well has been my experience on the VP trucks that when you add a fueling box the rated horsepower seems to drop with bigger injectors. Not that it falls off completly but remember the VP is limited to how much fuel it pumps out, no matter if it is a ETC or a ETH truck. That is why advertising a fueling box at 120 or even 150+ hp is usally with stock injectors. Ask the VP for more fuel with the combo of bigger injectors and a fueling box the box numbers will fall off some. That is why I said that you are probably around that mark. But you won't know unless you spin the the rollers to give you an idea. What boost elbow do you have in? My guess is you have different than stock, drop the stock one back in and boost will come down some. Later Jim.
