I was going to get one for my truck, but they don't make it in a 4" diameter. Maybe I can neck down my exhaust to fit the 2" one... .

As far as the hood $$. I bought er for 600. 00 and paint was 300. 00 (black)



would 400 be a fair price ??

-Cold air intake system w/2 filters

-subwoofer box w/subs- drops right in under rear seat. . nice!



Other stuff



-5" chrome tip

-chrome bed rails

- (2) aluminum fuel doors

- round afe air filter (new) 5" round cone type

- same thing as above not afe thou

Jim, ya think it would be possible to swap a VP-44 on the Dyno Day? I know your doing yours, but if I can borrow the tool, my buddy from WI is coming and his truck has 130k miles on it and has had a dead LP for who knows how long, so he is going to buy a new VP-44 to install anyway as its original (still has an OEM VOID sticker on it). And since he is looking at possible injectors and just installed a EDGE COMP, he doesnt want to worry about it puking on him, so going for the safe than sorry approch. Quick question for ya guys in the know, since his is a HO, can he actually get better preformance from a SO pump on his HO since he is running a COMP Box?

Josh you forgot the Fat Kid... ... ... ... ... . yes he is easy to forget... ... ... lol.



Alpha, no a SO will not work on a HO. That is I am playing with a hybrid pump that is suppose to flow more than a SO. As well as I may be selling them if results are good. But I do sell sell regular VP's also. As far as changing one out, as long as I am done have a blast. BTW my HO VP has 160000 miles on and I have not been easy with it, other than a lot of miles on it, it still seems strong, just does not flow enough fuel for me .



J/P I think Holeshot was going to spin also, be good to see him again.

I talked to Holeshot the other day via E-mail and due to current fuel prices and what not he didn't think he was gonna make it.

Jim, thanks for that info, I told him not to worry about it, but he is worried its going to die on him, and he lives 6 hours from here. He was going to drive down, and bring a new pump with him to install, just to make sure he makes it bac safe and also so he knows for sure its a new good pump. He just installed a FASS system last week. Ya think he should even bother getting one? I told him to go through Bob Wagner, unless ya think he should go another way? I havent had any problems with Bobs pump and its still running strong, his warranty covering a taped wire is why I went that way. And the price was good too!

We gonna do the small swap thing this time also? I have acquired a 2001 24 valve engine and will be parting it out. I advertised in the classifieds but if ya need anything I will hold it back. The short block is on hold for Aron until he hears from his customer and it's not a 53. I still have that 38" super swamper tire and rim for sale if any of you guys run them monsters.

Just make sure your Water Meth kit throws out more than 75psi! :-laf



I wish I had a few extra bucks... I'd just make my own kit!

Have these dyno guys done a 3rg gen yet? Because you can't just floor this truck till about 2500rpm, you have to do 80% to really get her to move upto 2500rpm and then go the rest of the way... . hmmmm.



it's a goofy emissions thing I hear that gets in teh way of REAL WOT.
