I have two pairs of these. One is off an '03 2500, the other is off an '05 3500.
Both have Putco LED bulbs, and I can probably find the OEM bulbs as well.
Both trucks got RECON full replacement lights, and are stored in the very well insulted boxes, which would make them easy enough to ship, or Pick up in Boulder, CO.
35 cents on retail, whatever that is. 60 cents on retail if you only want one light.
