O rings needed? I know Winslett blew a gasket and then pulled it back apart and had it ringed. No problem since.

Ian: i have (had) the same lights and they did the same exact thing to me! except both clips on both sides were broke when i took them out of the box.

Im not impressed with the lights but hey its no biggie.

yes its true the headgasket failed again... . were scratching our heads up here as well as EEP... Its on the back burner till after IRP. I DO have O-rings and studs but it blew the fire-ring out completely... . pic:

you can see the O-ring groove in the "fire ring" part of the gasket... This is a STOCK thickness 24V gasket... Im going to a +0. 020 and the front O-ring has to be replaced.

VP injectors, the hold downs and all that are the same, no issues

I was around 50, mainly operator error I think. head wasnt fully tightened down. but could have been injector related... just not sure
