Whos got the best lift out there to fit 35" tires and what width rims/backspacing are you guy's running? Pics would help.

Thanks

Clif,

It depends on what you plan to do with it. If you want a premium suspension system than contact Kroker Off Road Engineering(KORE)This system( Bilstein7100 ) offers excellent off road capabilities while improving the on road ride and handling of your truck. Is it expensive? yes. Is it worth it? Yes, Yes, Yes, and Yes!!!!!!!!!! Eventhough I only offroad on ocasion, This system works for me everyday. Think of it this way... . If you own your truck for 5 years thats 1825 days. This system will cost you $ 2500. Thats only $1. 37 a day to enjoy the ride and handling that has to be experienced to be believed. This stuff is so trick and ultra high quality that if i ever sell my truck, the new buyer will either have to pay me full value for the suspension or i will yank it off the truck/re-install the stock suspension and take my KORE products to my next truck. You can contact them @ www.Koreperformance.com

And no i don't work for KORE. Just an extremly satisfied customer :D :D

Best regards

The cheap way out is a level kit. Many guys are running 315's (35") with just a 2" spacer up front.

I'm currently piecing together my own. I'm using 6" Superlift coils, the Tuff Country 6" front box kit, Atlas custom 5" rear spring packs and Bilstein 7100's. I'll be running the Weld Cheyenne's in a 20 X 12 which, someone correct me if I am wrong, is around 4. 75" or so backspacing. I'll be running 35" Toyo's.

Disclaimer: I am not a suspension expert, and I don't have a lift (yet). I have only ever installed a lift on 1 vehicle: a 1985 Ford Bronco II.

I like the Pro Comp 3" kit because it's ultra-complete. Gives you new upper and lower control arms, dropped pitman arm, and track bar drop bracket. That should permit almost fully-stock geometry, 3 inches higher. Remember: failure to drop the track bar will result in a front axle shifted to one side.

I'm not knocking any of the other systems... the above is just my opinion.

I just picked up my truck tonight, KORE Chase (Bilstein) system installed.

IMHO, it is *the best* suspension going. It makes your HD ride like a 1/2 ton. Nice and plush, and it looks great. And the rear springs that replace the overloads are key. No more bucking over expansion joints. You feel them, but you can talk normally.

I put 50 miles on it driving around tonight, and it is awesome. I can't wait to hit the trails. I'm glad I spent the money on doing it right. If you had the chance to look at the quality of components, I don't think you would buy anything else.

Check out Kore engineering and Whiplash suspensions

Whiplash has a very poor reputation in both quality and service in the lift kit world. I would choose a full throttle lift before a Whiplash. Basically the same lift without all the baggage that Whiplash brings to the table.

Skyjacker, Superlift, Tuff Country, etc. all have complete packages such as this, but offer higher altitudes if you like... ..... which I do

I like big lifts for looks, but my goal is to run the minimum lift for 35" tires with absolutely no chance for rubbing. I want to run a 2" lift, but no one offers a 2 inch with trackbar bracket, upper/lower control arms, and a pitman arm.

I've been considering a mild lift for my 04, but I regularly tow my 11,000# TT and I don't want to compromise towing ability. Do any of you have any information on this issue?
