Those are pictures of the NW Bombers at Diesel Thunder in Spokane. If you watch some of the videos you can see cars driving right thru the exhaust and tire smoke. These guys and gals (that's for you Rhonda) were doing this during breaks in traffic and put on one hell of a show!
