And a couple grilles, one I think is aftermarket, (hexagonal type top) the other has a cracked frame bottom, but is a Laramie OEM bar type (around $800 from Dodge), I was going to swap inserts with the black one but bought a new truck instead. $75 for both.

No takers eh.... Guess I need to create a facebook account (ugh!) and post on Marketplace? Craigslist is nothing but scams these days... Since nobody is interested, before I throw it out on another site, are the estimated values in-line? Not trying to make a fortune here, but also not interested in giving it away.. Just need to clear some space in my shop for more toys :D:D

Speaking of toys, I was thinking about getting another 4 wheeler, looking at Honda Rincons, or Foreman but any thoughts on what is out there are durable? I have had mostly Hondas all my life and I know they last.

Cheers. Brian

Don't do it! There aren't enough of us out there as it is, hate to lose another holdout :(

RE ATV, what are you using it for? I bought an 05 Rincon in 06 with 38 miles on it. It's been a great machine. I use it to roll about 7 acres of grass in the spring multiple times with a heavy roller. I heat with firewood and it gets used quite a bit running back and forth to the woods in the fall and spring and for bringing wood up to my wood burner throughout the winter. We avg 100+" a year of heavy wet snow (Lake Effect), I plow our drives plus 2 elderly neighbors down the road. It gets worked pretty good. Doesn't sit much. In 15 years I have been through 2 wheel bearings, a couple of tie rod ends and I think one or 2 ball joints. A set of rear brake pads. Last year the engine jumped time while starting so I had go go in for surgery. Timing chain and guides, tensioner, oil pump chain and front cover seal. Timing chain tensioners are somewhat known issue on the earlier model Rinnies. The internals looked like new. All in all very little maintenance for all the work it has done. You'd have a hard time finding a more reliable machine than a Honda.

This was taken just after surgery. Cleanest its been since new. Wife thought I bought a new rig :D

yep that's exactly what I want, I have 7 acres and want to ride around, Also would like to go riding in WV, a friend has some property and trails up there... So I have a 250L dual sport, just go my 11y old son a 250 Recon, and Id like to have something I or the wife can ride with him.

They make for fine trail riding machines as long as you don't get too wild. The power matches the suspension pretty well. I've had the Rinny down to WV a few times although I prefer to take this one when I go down there...

Forgot the Retort....... Yeah I have zero foot print online... None of my family does,.. infact my wife laughs at me saying the TDR is facebook for trucks..:D

Not Google, not Twitter, not anything.. (lol in the 80's it wasn't cool to be a "twit" so don't want to be in a group making it "plural")

But I digress.... All I want is a place to list local product for sale... sadly Craiglist is a no-go and there are literally no other options...
ugh... I may just pile it up and burn it rather than sign on to one of the surveillance capitalist sites that profit from out keystrokes......

Foil hat back on.... YES SIR!

What size Can Am is it? Are they reliable, I have always liked BRP sleds, but no experience with the bikes.

They serve different purposes so it is hard to do a fair comparison. Its the 800xxc with a little top end massaging. Rotax's are a phenomenal engine. I'd rate it right up there with Honda reliability but with way more power. Can't say the same for The rest of the bike tho. The laundry list of parts I've had to replace is long. Bushings, wheel bearings, ball joints, tie rod ends all in multiples. The OEM primary lasted all of about 800 miles before the one way seized up on me. They have a really laggy engagement to boot so the primary got changed out for an STM. I've got a fraction of the hours on this bike and way more invested in repairs.
But it does get rode hard. This was my compromise bike coming off my CR250's I ran a bunch of years. The 250's had to go for self preservation purposes. So the poor Renegade takes the brunt of my pathetic attempt at reliving my glory days :D

yep.. I have a bunch not sure what you are looking to see but I took some last time I was going to list it but have been to busy to get it on the proper channels to get some serious inquiries... Its too nice to toss outside or just give away...
