I installed one in my 06, very staight forward instal slight mod to the fill hose needed on mine and also had to retighten the big nut holding down the lift pump that comes with the tank (i have a spare now). It is actually closer to 65 gal says jacob at aero tanks, spare tire drops 6" looks like chevy. I had to grind a bit on a couple of the brackets/legs of the doughnut tank to fit up proper in the spare tire well. It fills up quik to the fill neck. I will go 1200 miles to a tank full mostlly running empty and still have 2 1/2 to 3 gal left in tank, (i drained the last bit to check how much i had left) it will suck it dry. Overall it's a great tank, i hate fuel stops and the longer i can go without stoping the better.

got any pictures of the install? the spare tire dropping lower is not an issue for me as mine is in the bed, but i have plans to relocate batteries to the spare location, or air tanks for air horns where the spare was [then batteries would go outside pass side frame rail]

[lots of plans, no money or time:(]

Titan Tank

I Have A Titan Tan On My Truck For At Least 2 Months Now. I Got Mine From A Tdr Member For A Good Price. They Are A Little More Pricey But They Are Easy To Install And Weigh About 40 Lbs Empty. I Can Go Almost 2 Weeks On A Full Tank.

Had Aero install mine about a year ago and I've had no problems, I love the fact that I can now choose where I fuel up (made it from Los Angeles to El Paso on one tank.

The only side note I could add is: There very odd down there, no people skills at all, just weird
