2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission 3rd Generation Trac Bar Bracket

Anyone have experience dealing with Extreme Diesel over thier website. I ordered the 3rd generation trac bar bracket on Oct 22. No delivery as of Nov 4. When I check order status on thier web site is says no order history. After no response to Email inquiry I called them 2 times, the first to ask when to expect delivery and again today to cancel my order. Both times the sales person was unproffesional and did not give an estimate of delivery or an explanation why no order record. Last but not least they debited my credit card imediatly upon the order. I have now reordered from Enterprise performance in Ohio. The sales staff was professional and friendly. I can expect delivery on Monday. I was also able to obtain the 2003 trac bar from NewMoparParts .com with no problems. If all goes well this will be my last trac bar swap.

Seems to be a trend. I ordered the same thing from them in Mid Oct and haven't received it yet. I've been out of town but if it hasn't arrived, I'm cancelling the order and calling the credit card company to contest the charges.

What's the website address? Is it extremedieselperformance.net? That's the only one i know of. I'm just curious. If so, that guy used to be a TDR member. May still be. KYLE4 was his userID.

Same place I used. I did some checking and I placed my order on 20 Oct. I was just notified today that my order was shipped today. From what I've seen, Xtrememediesel has gotten some pretty good reviews so your problem may have been the exception.
