Less expensive transmission/diff pans?

drag comp got me 10 more peak hp but,

I put in my Scotty II a couple weeks ago, and am wondering if anyone in the Denver area has a 4. 5" hole saw I can borrow to cut the hole. I live in Broomfield, let me know where you are at, and I'll stop by to use it. Thanks

I drilled A LOT of 1/16" holes in a circular patern. Cut through a couple of them with a larger drill, inserted the hacksaw blade and commenced carefully sawing the circle.

I undercut the hole size I wanted, then used a grinding wheel on a drill to enlarge it and smooth it out.

I have several of them..... only I'm in So Cal... ... they are NOT cheap hole saws. A hol saw will give you the only "clean" hole. I would go over to a local machine or metal or weldors shop- I bet if he has one he'd do it right there in the parking lot for cheap...

I have access to a plasma cutter, and thought about making a template and using the plasma cutter. Is there anything behind what I am cutting that I need to worry about catching fire, burning up?

Kev,

Interested is selling one of your hole saws? pm me with a price if you are.
