KPHILLIPS,

THE 4BT WORKS AWESOME IN MY JEEP. THE ENGINE AND ITS PARTS ARE OF THE SAME SIZE AS THE 6BT'S JUST 2 CYLINDERS LESS. MINE CAME OUT OF A FRITO LAY TRUCK. I USED A DODGE ADAPTER AND NV4500, WITH ALL STOCK DODGE PARTS. THE DODGE CLUTCH IS 12 1/4". YOU CAN ALSO USE A CHEVY ADAPTER AND WHATEVER CHEVY TRANS YOU WANT. I HAVE ANOTHER 4BT WITH A CHEVY ADAPTER AND SM465 4-SPEED, ALSO OUT OF A FRITO TRUCK. I'LL EMAIL YOU SOME PICS, I'D POST THEM BUT I DON'T KNOW QUITE HOW.

If you are sending photos...

I am preparing a 4BT conversion in an old dodge and would take any photos or info I can.

Just wondering, how is the vibration issue.

Thanks for any help.

Tim

Since we're all sending out photos.....

Send me them too... .

This 4BT could be a NICE little engine for just about any small van/truck... ...

My interest has certainly been sparked..... not meant as a gasser joke. :D
