2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission 4" Donaldson muffler

Are any of you guys have a Donaldson muffler on your truck? If so is it quieter or louder than the major brands. I'm looking for quieter. Is the stainless steel units 409 or 304

I have a donaldson muffler on my Mack truck its not quite or more noisy then any other muffler

In 2002 I called Cummins and asked one of their engineers how to get the most horsepower out of the engine. He said to get rid of the horrible reverse flow muffler and put on a straight thru muffler. I went with a stainless steel 4 inch diameter magnaflow. It isn't loud and and it's been on the truck for 15 years and still soujds like it did when new. Ordered it from Husker Hi Performance Exhaust in Lincoln Nebraska. Carries a lifetime warranty. Waranty tag muffler part # 12772. At that time proce was $143.59.

I have a Donaldson on one of my trucks and it's very quiet it's also very long so that might have something to do with it
