2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission 4" exhaust 94-97 hanger adaptor

I have bought a 4" exaust from PMT. I got their silverline SS. In the install instructions, to hang the tail pipe on a 94-97 CDT I need to get a hanger adaptor from the Dodge dealer. I went to my dealer and they have never heard of such a thing.

If someone can come up with a part # or a way to mod a hanger to work pleas post away

You can make one. I did. Nothing fancy, but functional.

The rear most hanger on the 94-97 model is different than the 98 and newer models. What some exhuast manufactures have you do is get the frame side of the hanger for a 98+ model year truck and install it on your 94-97. It is not a big deal, put it in the right place, drill two holes, and bolt it up. You will need to get the bolts at the hardware store as they do not come with the hanger.



If you need a part number I might be able to dig one up. Cost was less than $20 for the part.
