I had similar problems when I installed a Jardine on my Toyota. Not a very good fit in some places, and needed mods to be right. But, once installed the sound was so good I loved to shift just to hear it sing... #ad
Glad you ended up satisfied. Seems the componants in the kits are good quality, just crappy quality control at the manufacturer doing the cutting and bending.

arlan , what muffler do you have and what did you use as a resonator , i am presently running a dynomax and i think i want to quiet it down some , just a tad to loud for the neighborhood i live in ... #ad
