I'm not sure who ACTUALLY makes it, but DD stands for Diesel Dynamics. The system I got is a 4" from turbo-tail, and comes with a "straight-thru" Walker muffler.

Puff, i just talked to Matt at Jardines and he said they have designed their kit to be Quiet and that 80% of the folks that were buying them were complaining about the racket they were creating. you might make a category for the loudest to the quietest system too for those who are interested.



an example would be ME=loudest,Jardine=quiet,Jannetty/walker=middle, and so on.

I love the Jardine system. It bolted right up! But Jardine wouldn't give me anything toward shipping because I'm Canadian. They shipped it UPS collect for US $90!!, plus UPS charged me $50 just to put it through customs. They forgot to say "stick em up".

I received the package broken, with a dent in one section of pipe, and some hardware missing. I could have purchased a setup from BD or DTT for about the same $$$. BTW I found I didn't require all the clamps supplied, but it would be nice to fabricate a hanger for the last rubber grommett at the tail pipe, just to keep the system from flopping around so much in the bumps. Also, while I found reduced egts and slightly quicker spoolup and higher average boost, my peak boost actually decreased. I think this may be a result of less backpressure which may have been causing over-boost and increased temps.
