Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) 4 inch downpipe question

i rember seeing a special downpipe,instead of hooking to the elbow flange it hooks directly to the turbo with bolts. i know i seen it somewhere but i dont remember where. i have a 4 inch exhaust brake in the exhaust,and i cant get the air to stop leaking at the flange. thanks
